Shipping & delivery

We currently deliver inside Karachi only. If you are outside Karachi, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you — we are working on intercity delivery and will announce it here when it opens.

If your area is far from our usual route, the same-day promise may become next-day. We will confirm the timing with you before dispatch instead of leaving you guessing.

Orders placed before 12:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery in Karachi. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the next working day.

Our rider calls the number on your order before arriving. If the call is missed, we try again the next day — if we still cannot reach you, the order is returned to us and cancelled.

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Karachi.

The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you place the order — the website never adds a charge after the fact.

• Cash on delivery — pay the rider when the jar is in your hands. This is the default.
• JazzCash / Easypaisa — send the amount to the wallet number we share on WhatsApp after you order, then send us the screenshot. The order is marked paid once we verify it.

We never ask for card numbers, PINs, or one-time passwords. If anyone claims to be from Desi Ghizayein and asks for those, it is not us.

Check the seal before you pay. Jars travel sealed and boxed; if a seal is broken or a jar is leaking, do not accept it — tell the rider and message us the same day.

Two normal things that are not damage: raw honey may crystallise, and desi ghee may soften or melt in Karachi heat. Both are natural. Stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water, or keep it in a cool, dark cupboard, and it is fine.

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched — just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Once an order is out for delivery, refusing it at the door counts as a return. In that case the delivery fee is not refunded, because the ride has already happened. Repeated failed deliveries may mean we ask for payment in advance on the next order.

Every order gets a number like BB-2026-0001 and a private status link, shown on the confirmation page after checkout. Keep that link — it shows the current status without needing an account.

We also confirm each order on WhatsApp, and you can reply there for anything: address change, timing, or a question about the jar. See refunds & returns if something is not right.
